Morgan Park is a great park with a view of the Sampit River and Winyah Bay. There’s a mile of shoreline for walking at low tide. It was fun to walk on warm sand after the cold winter. And I learned what a snag is (last photograph).

Nice entrance to the park.

An attractive weathered dead tree.
From a distance I thought this was driftwood someone had arranged, but it’s a cypress snag. (A dead or dying tree.)
