A beautiful place to be is Harrison Bay State Park, in East Tennessee. This will be our home for another week. ((You must leave for 3 days, then you can return and stay for  another 2 weeks.). There are 40 miles of shoreline on Chickmauga Lake.

In 1937,  Harrison Bay became the first state park in Tennessee. It has 1,200 acres with 21 primitive campsites ( along with 128 RV sites.)

Springtime is a great time to be here (before it gets too hot) to see all the blooms and the beauty.
